Battery Guard

aide automotive are continually looking to achieve cost saving products for the world’s vehicle operators. With this we have introduced the BatteryGuard system to stop vehicle downtime, call out costs and lost work hours.

If the voltage level falls below either 12.1 volts on a 12 volt vehicle or 24.3 volts on a 24 volt vehicle for a continuous period of 4 minutes, BatteryGuard automatically isolates the battery from the vehicle’s electrical system thereby preventing any further voltage loss.

To re-start the vehicle the driver simply presses the re-set switch mounted on the vehicle’s dashboard and the battery is re-connected and the vehicle can be started in the normal way, avoiding time-consuming and costly delays.

BatteryGuard can also be used as an anti–theft device on selected models, providing you with added security and peace of mind.
