UK Quarry Companies Review PressurePro
Since the launch of PressurePro in the UK many UK quarry operators have shown a great interest in tyre pressure monitoring.
With a set of tyres for an off road vehicle costing anything from £40k, tyre pressure monitoring is essential to avoid unnecessary blowouts, reduce wear, reduce fuel consumption and probably most of all increase safety!
No tools are necessary to install PressurePro and the system is simple to operate. A wireless, tyre air pressure sensor (cap) simply screws onto the valve stem replacing the dust cap. The Monitor is powered by plugging it into the cigarette lighter accessory in the vehicle or can be hard wired. It displays current tyre pressure as well as alerting to low tyre pressures with both a visual and audible warning.
Two major operators in the UK are now reviewing the PressurePro for all articualted and rigid dump trucks and Front End Loaders.
